CORTEX takes on the heavy lifting of data engineering. Documents, databases, imagery, comms and live feeds are ingested in whatever form they come, with the entities and connections extracted and linked across every source, work that would normally mean months of schema design and pipeline building. Your teams and their agents can then search, link, map, find patterns and report across all of it at once. When a new source appears or the question changes, CORTEX absorbs it without rework.

Why CORTEX exists
Frontier AI has a sovereignty problem.
Frontier AI now does in hours what used to take weeks. But the organisations holding the most sensitive information cannot use it. Commercial providers log your prompts, see your identity, and hold your data under their obligations, not yours. For a bank or a law firm that exposure puts client confidentiality and regulatory obligations at risk. For government and defence it rules the platforms out completely.
We built CORTEX so that organisations in sensitive environments never have to choose between frontier AI and the sovereignty their work requires. Three commitments make that possible.
Sovereignty
Data, identities, and queries stay inside the organisation's own legal and technical boundary, from a dedicated environment on accredited infrastructure to fully customer-owned, air-gapped deployments.
Assurance
CORTEX is assured for use against government security standards. We hold Cyber Essentials Plus, with Defence Cyber Certification (DCC) Level 1 in progress, follow the MOD's Secure by Design approach, and back every claim with independent testing and accreditation.
Safety
Built to AI Security Institute guidance and JSP 936: human control at every stage, scope limits on every agent, and a full audit trail, so every agentic step can be examined and accounted for. Safety is designed in, not bolted on.
